Our programmes
& projects

Six programmes, each built around a specific need — and each one shaped by the people who use it.

What we do

Practical support for real challenges

Our programmes span youth work, employment, community cohesion, crime prevention and social isolation. Every one of them is delivered by people who know Tower Hamlets — and who care about its future.

  • Structured diversion activities and skills programmes
  • Partnership working with Metropolitan Police and courts
  • Restorative approaches and family support

Wellbeing

Social Isolation Support

Social groups, befriending and activities for adults and older residents who are at risk of — or already experiencing — social isolation. We know that loneliness is a health issue, not a lifestyle choice. Our programmes provide regular, warm, welcoming spaces where everyone is known by name.

  • Weekly social groups and drop-in sessions
  • Volunteer befriending — regular visits and phone calls
  • Day trips, outings and shared activities
  • Links to health and social care services
